On July 14, 2017, Integrity Adjusters held its annual Catastrophe Conference, but this year with a twist. The entire conference was held “virtually,” that is, the conference was broadcast over the internet to participants throughout the United States.

President of Integrity Adjusters Willard Simmons said, “This was a first for Integrity and we are very pleased with the results of the virtual catastrophe conference. We were able to reach more adjusters, with timely and relevant information, on a scale that would not have been possible previously.”

Adjuster attendees at Integrity Adjusters’ virtual Catastrophe Conference were located throughout the continental United States, from New York to California and from Montana to Texas.

Four continuing education courses were held during the conference by DPI and Donan Engineering. Topics included; Subrogation in a Catastrophe, Advanced Roof Inspection, Earthquake Inspections and Tile Roof Inspection.

Tower Hill Insurance Group took full advantage of Integrity Adjusters’ virtual conference and provided a video of adjuster expectations during a catastrophe that was played for the virtual audience. Rounding out the presentations Integrity Adjusters’ staff presented on Integrity’s new sister company, SubroNation and modules on Catastrophe deployments, processes and guidelines.

“The conference exceeded my expectations,” exclaimed adjuster Jeff Kaylor. “This was the first virtual conference I have attended and I am looking forward to Integrity Adjusters’ next virtual conference!”

According to Willard Simmons, Jeff won’t have to wait long; “As I said, this was a first for Integrity Adjusters, but this is only the first of many virtual conferences we are now planning based upon the success of our catastrophe conference.”
