Adaptability

TRANSCRIPT:

The Cambridge Dictionary defines adaptability as “a willingness to change in order to suit different conditions.” Another way to describe adaptability is to be flexible. Companies like Integrity Adjusters who incorporate this trait can respond quickly to emerging trends, technological shifts, and changes in the industry economy.

In today’s insurance claims landscape, it is imperative that an IA firm maintains a competitive edge, otherwise that firm won’t be in business for very long. A blunt way of saying that is you either adapt or you die. Integrity Adjusters will not shun change when it can aid or improve our service to both our client and the needs of the insured.
